C = Capitalize

• the first word in every sentence
• all proper nouns
• "I"
• first word inside of quotes

O = Organize

• indent before each paragraph
• leave one space between words
• leave two spaces between a PERIOD and the first word of the next sentence

P = Punctuate

• period, question mark, or excalamation point at the end of ever sentence
• use quotation marks and commas where needed

S = Spell

• Check all red squiggly lines
